  • Where is my order?
    You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS office until you request a redelivery or pick up
  • I no longer want the item, can I have a refund?"
    Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, No, we do not offer refunds on hair extensions. All sales are final. No returns, or exchanges.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
    We're sorry to hear that. Please send us an email to Support@carpedemminghair.info within 6 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packaging slip. Failure to report your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
  • What happens if I forget to use a discount code?
    Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
